INDIANA GLASS DIAMOND POINT Tall Footed Compote ~ GOLDEN ELEGANCE Amber 1970s

Beautiful, vintage Golden Elegance tall, footed compote made by the Indiana Glass Company in the Diamond Point pattern, one of their most popular patterns. Introduced in 1978 in the Golden Elegance shade, this is model number 7896. This lovely amber footed dish features a wide gold band along the top, adorned with diamond texture on the underside and on the stem. It measures 7 1/8" tall, 5 1/4" in diameter at the rim, and 3 5/8” at the base. This, as well as all the other vintage items I have up for sale, has been in my late mother’s cabinet for many, many years. Please note: This compote is in excellent, used vintage condition. But please keep in mind, it is over 40 years old and therefore, not new. There are no cracks, chips or damage, but there is some light gold loss to the inner rim. This footed compote would give a rich splash of color to any vintage table — for use or display! It is just gorgeous!
