VERY sexy form fitting INC - International Concepts dress. Black and cream. Shoulders have a decorative/sequin focal area. Worn only a few times but each time received rave compliments! No flaws, looks brand new. Size small. Laying flat without the stretch it measures 14" from armhole to armhole. And again, laying flat without the generous stretch, it is 32" long. This dress is so comfortable and with really cool heels it knocks your night out of the park!!
