INC thigh high boots

Inc black suede over the knee boots! Excellent Condition. Side zipper. They stay up great on your thighs and don’t get loose while wearing. Condition is Pre-owned with small scuffs under the toe of the shoe but isn’t noticeable once you put them on. They could easily be cleaned off with suede shoe cleaner.
