INC sheer blue top with cami

This top features several shades of blue, silver studs on the front, and a coordinating light blue cami. Looks great with navy pants and/or under a navy jacket. Sleeves are very wide and flowy and there is a more fitted band around the bottom of the shirt that is around the hip area for me (I’m 5’4).
