International Concepts open front cardigan with optional front tie navy. Tag says size XL, fits like Medium. Measures 17 inches pit to pit, 29 inches from the shoulder seam to the bottom edge and 28 inches from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve. Incredibly soft! Excellent condition.
