nmyzap @shanidj Good morning . The whole dress flows away from the body. The tightest part of the dress under the breast measures 32 in. flat. But it has stretch. I normally wear a 36 38 DD bra. I am not sure how to measure the chest area. My normal size is 10 but I can go up to 12. This dress is very forgiving since it flows away from the body and has stretch.
