nellis808 @missingjacob when a top or bottoms is petite all it is, is the length of torso. So if you are petite than a small top will be approx 1 inch longer or pants will be approx 1 inch higher on rise. The reverse would be if ur a small but the top is SP it will be approx 1 inch shorter on you on the torso

nellis808 @missingjacob so basically if you are under 5 feet tall you are petite ur torso is shorter than someone over 5’ 1” tall. Sometimes though a persons legs are longer so important to always go by measurements of length.
