INC women’s blouse, size XL. 100%Nylon. Black with green dots. The care tag says hand wash, but I machine washed and lined dried and it was totally fine. Has a placard with 3 buttons in the front. 3/4 sleeve. Sleeves are sheer. Body is lined.
