Up for sale: One gently used black and white eyelet lace mini skirt with scallop hem detail. So chive. Black lace with white underlay. BY INC International Concepts Woman. size 20W. 65% polyester 35% cotton. 26 inches from hip to hem. Side zipper closure. Front has some tailor pintucks Worn a few times and I love it but outgrew (sad for me!) so want it to find a new home to show it the love it deserves. Always dry-cleaned.
