INC Patterned Midi Dress

INC dress with blue, turquoise, and white geometric design. Size large. Collared with v-neck. Sleeves can be worn rolled up or down, and have a button to fastened them if rolled up. Comes with a tie for around the waist, but it is not sewn to the dress so it can be removed if wished.
