INC Over The Knee Boots Velvet

INC Over the knee (basically thigh high) boots in a velvety material! Size 9. I think I may have worn them once but they’re basically brand new! Fit true to size. 2” heel 26” from top of boot to bottom of heel 8” at the top across Smoke free home. I have dogs (one is blonde, the other is black).
