INC International Concepts maxi skirt. Tag says painted floral starburst td (tie dye) Navy and white. Soft light jersey type material. Un-lined. Has a very pretty macrame style waistband with a drawstring woven in. Drawstring hangs down front with wood or wood look plastic bead at end if each string. Bottom of skirt is wide and flowy. Has two swaths of faceted metal sequins on the front. None on the back.
