I-N-C International Concepts maxi dress

Halter maxi dress with tie around the neck. Has two side pockets. Elastic back. Rayon-Nylon. Was soft fabric. I wore this one time for special occasion but I have lost a lot of weight and doesn’t fit now. It’s very comfortable and absolutely beautiful! Received many compliments and even got asked where I purchased it!! 😁
