I-N-C International Concepts Petite Dressy T-shirt

I-N-C International Concepts Dressy T-shirt. This is a petite M made out of t-shirt material (95% rayon and 5% spandex) with silk sleeves and neckline detail. It can be dressed up or down and features some great detailing to give a fitted look while providing tummy coverage and length with the bust and waist fitted thanks to elastic and ruching/ rouching. It is black and has only been worn a few times so the black is still dark and rich with no fading, no stretched out neckline, and no armpit stains. Almost 25 inches long from top of shirt at shoulder to bottom and about 17 inches pit to pit without stretching but has stretch due to material and elastic below bust, etc.
