INC International Concepts Fringe Cardigan (Long)

This cardigan is created by INC International Concepts. It is cream colored and is sleeveless (tank) arms. It is meant to have a “boho” look. There is well made fringe throughout the piece. Everything is intact and the fringe isn’t pulling at all. It has a knit-like look as well and diamond shapes throughout the material. It can be worn with anything and can be dressed up or down.
