@tianab53 Hi! I just tried them on and I would say they fit pretty true to size. The straps secure your foot so my heel didn’t lift up. And my big toe was right on the edge of the shoe but not hanging over, if that helps since I am usually 7.5 or 7 in some brands. So it’s really a matter of how much “toe” you want showing, since the heel will be pretty secure in my opinion. Hope that helps and let me know if you want any other info !
