I.N.C. International Concept Black Sparkly Heels

Have only been worn a couple times. I wore them to my senior homecoming and prom. The sizing on them tend to run on the smaller size, for example I usually am a size 8 and these shoes were just a tad to loose on me, so will fit a size 9 as well. Suuuper cute😚
