I normally wear a Medium in blazers, size 8 to 10 does this run large or small?

Hi @cdewarrat. I would say it runs true to size. I think it would be too large for your frame. I am 5’5 at 180lbs and it fits me exactly. It is nice because the material has a slight stretch for my size but it may be too large for you.
