Very nice top! International Concepts (I.N.C.). This blouse is black and white. No holes. Worn once and does show a little bit of foundation on the neckline nothing very noticeable. Two back neck buttons, criss cross front with shoulders that drop down. Very sexy and nice looking! Not tight fitting. Makes you look good! It's just to big for me now.
