I.N.C. Blue/White Dressy Plus Size Tank Top

Previously loved dressy top with sparkly embellishment. Key hole scoop neckline. Size has been cut out but I think it is a 3X (see measurements in photo) but it is so roomy that it will probably fit a 4X too. Looks and feels like polyester. Elasticized bottom hem. Appx 28” long; Appx 22” pit to pit; appx 24” across the bottom
