I.N.C. 5 Inch Black High Heels, Size 9

5 Inch Black High Heels Worn around house once and was not able to wear them for the event I bought them for. The straps are elastic which make them fairly comfortable compared to other materials. Nice tread on the bottoms! I wear a 9.5 in Nike, Vans, and Cloud shoes if that helps with sizing reference!
