INA Fashion black “tulle skirt - Sz S

This is not your average tool skirt. Look closely. It is really more of a thick netting that holds itself out from the body. Very hard to describe, but I tried to picture it well. If I was a size small, I would be pairing this sweet skirt with a gorgeous fitted top and any kind of shoes that I would like. I would dress this up or down. In my head, I see it with a gorgeous short denim jacket, and cowboy boots. Or tennis shoes. Or Heels, I mean really anything! Size Small Waist 27” Length 29” but send a bit shorter since it stands away from the body
