I.N. San Francisco floral wrap short sleeve mini dress with a self tie belt. Has a plunging v neck design on the front and back of dress. Has flowy sleeves and skirt. The colors are red, navy blue, white, and pink. Has a zipper on back for closure. Wore twice! The inner skirt’s stitching has become loose, I am willing to fix it just let me know!
