I.L.U Vintage 90s Blue Floral Skirt size 7

vintage i.l.lu skirt y2k style . originally my mom's but it doesn't quite fit me the way I want so I am selling. for reference I have a 25 inch waist but this does fit me but as a low rise skirt since it falls on my hips. also this has cute slits! this is in great condition and very gently used! 97% cotton so it's a very breathable material which I adore about this vintage skirt 🌞. weirdly the Poshmark skirt sizing doesn't have Size 7 as an option so I'm approximating as a size medium since the skirt has a 28 inch waist; 14 inches laid flat
