III Parcel Brand Satchel

I bought this bag from Nordstrom Rack eons ago and have not seen another like it. I do remember that it was part of a series with different bags representing different locations around the earth. This one represents the United Kingdom/ Great Britain. It is in excellent condition! It's one of my favorites so it's hard to let go. Make me an offer and I just might!
