I don't think it's noticeable at all when wearing them.but it does make this pair less than perfect, more of a collectors item. carolestone Interesting point. However, I believe in wearable art. I have recently had issues with the bottoms breaking off in chunks. My Shoe Repair person says it’s dry rot. I do not know if that is correct or possible. I do love this pair…

kennethstanl438 Offer 15 for it and I'll accept. Perhaps you'll find that you can live with it. Almost all ICONs hold up well. It's sad to see occasional pairs with beautiful uppers with soles that dry rot. Is your shoe repair person able to replace soles?

carolestone @kennethstanl438 reply so sorry missed your question. Yes, he is able to replace the unit bottom but it is a very pricy repair and the shoe does not have the same look. It is a pleasure to communicate with you!
