I.C.E Strapless Folk Art Print Dress with Sequins and Lace

This spectacular strapless dress from I.C.E. has it all! It's strapless, sequined, and has a fabulous folk art print. With lacy white scalloped edging on the top and bottom hem, the lace continues in a larger version at the waist (almost like an attached belt, dotted with sequins in the front). The sequins at the top part of the dress follow the "chain" pattern. and are scattered on the bottom portion of the dress. The dress does not have an attached bra, so you could wear a strapless bra or go without. Four boning strips (2 in front/side and 2 in back) hold the dress up, and a 13" zipper on the left side zips everything into place. Fully lined. The skirt portion of the dress creates a great "swing" motion as you walk. The patterns on the bottom scalloped hem are artistically remarkable (last photo). A real conversation piece!
