IC by Connie oversized top Sz 2X

Made in USA. Beautiful colors including black, green, teal, gray. Size 2X. Fabric content/care tag has been removed, however, I have machine washed on delicate cycle. It is rectangular shaped 42” side to side and 31” top to bottom. The 28” long black lining is sewn in at the shoulders and measures 25” across the front side laying flat (underarm seam to underarm seam) The lining is thin and is not form fitting. This beautiful top will easily fit up to 46-48” bust.
