I.AM.GIA Neptune pants size XS

Purchased from someone who wore it once. Never worn by me. Great condition. Has some scuffs (see photos) around the front black part and side silver cuff but not sure if this will just come out of the wash or not. Looks like dust but not sure, so priced appropriately. Not easily noticed esp with the reflective nature of the pants.
