healyhamilton @wendyjenkinssto pit to pit is approximately 26” measuring straight down the middle to the end of the waistband is also approximately 26”. Waistband not stretched is 20.5 with plenty of stretch. Tag is marked as a 20W. But design allows for this to work in my opinion on any Xl+. 2 cigarette burns on front as pictured. I don’t think there is any smell. Has been in a plastic storage bin in a nonsmoking home. Hope that helps.
