Recently, I have been called a scammer by robins1989, and I am going to defend myself. From all who I have traded with and those who have purchased from me, you know this is not true: I have been on poshmark since last September and have sold tons of items to many people. Attaining to this particular case, the buyer and I traded a pair of her sneakers, for a few of my vs pink items. The buyer sent out me order on Friday, and I sent out here on Monday. (Read below for more).

gabgontarek24 Monday night, I returned home to a box from Alexis Robins (the buyers name) on my steps. But when I picked to box up, I could tell right away that there was nothing in it, without even looking. Above is what I saw: I recieved a Nike box, empty, with only the pictures Finish Line Return label inside. The return label is not even in the name of Alexis Robins, which I also found to be weird. Robins argument is that she did not scam me because she showed picture proof of the shipping: except she never showed the shoes in her pictures, and only showed the box, as I have pictured. She also states that I am a scammer because I did not ship her items to her after I had recieved hers, which is also not true, as I show above that her bundle has shipped, and can even provide a tracking of where the box is that matches that exact number. Whether anyone believes me or not, it is a personal opinion. But I am not going to be told over and over that I am a scammer when that is not who I am. I have a right to stand up for myself even though I am extremely upset, and I am now at a loss of a pair of shoes and 5 other items that I sent this buyer. I am sorry to waste anyone's time who felt this was unimportant: but I had to defend myself.

gabgontarek24 @foreverindia I literally have never scammed anyone. I am being accused of scamming someone who sent me an empty box, and claims that "I shipped her nothing" when I have proof of shipping. I literally got out of school at 2:00 and I am just getting home so no, I haven't shipped yet. I have to put the label on your package and it will be at the post office by the time the truck leaves tonight, as I promised. Please do not accuse me of scamming to because I'm about to get really upset. Thank you.

gabgontarek24 @foreverindia hey, so I am just letting you know that I am currently looking for the shoes. I cannot find them anywhere but I am scramming to find them so I can ship them out. I swear to you I am trying my hardest to find them. Would you be interested in looking at other pairs I have that I can send out right now or do you realllyyyy want those ones? Let me know. I will continue to look
