janagritz Hi! I’ve just recently become a posh ambassador and am still fairly new to this community- I have a question about videoing: Is it done so that if the buyer claims something untrue you can submit it to Posh directly so that your item doesn’t get returned? Does it work? I’ve had one person claim I sent them a stained item - which was 💯 not true- and Posh sided with them because my listing pics didn’t show the actual location of the “stain”. I’ve been curious of how the videoing helps/works🤔

hollychafey @janagritz yes I 🎥 everything b4 i 📦it up after I’ve wrapped it all up & as I put it in the 📦 I just 🎥 absolutely everything so it covers me bc I accidentally sent two packages out with the wrong labels and when I got it back the one girl had stolen all the free 🎁s I put in it and she tried to claim that she didn’t but I had 🎥everything so I put the sign up and she couldn’t say one word so then I canceled her order & did not send her the 📦 out so it really helps a lot when you do that.
