vintage329 @jflorio1 Hi Jenna. The scuff is located 13 inches from the bottom on the right flap. In the main photo you can see there are 2 flaps in the center that go around the collar from the top to the bottom of the coat. If you had the left flap over the right flap closed when you are wearing the coat, you won't see the scuff. Even with the coat open the scuff is small.
