Hello! All of our pre-owned clothes are inspected for issues and considered prior to sale, but all sales of clothes are final and non-refundable. We’ll take photos of blemishes and note them at the top of this description- no notes? No defects! We wash everything and steam it for photos- all items will be shipped appropriately and in quick order- I pride myself on my customer service and my reviews reflect that.
