Hype Strapless Dress w/ Floral Skirt - Blue & Teal - Fit & Flare

Beautiful dress! Top is navy with a wrapped look, and the skirt portion is a silky material with a teal, cream, and navy wave pattern. It’s very comfy, and the skirt makes it super breathable & great for summer! There is a small flaw on the front which is pictured - I haven’t done anything to try to remove it, so it may come out!
