what do waist, rise and inseam measure when laying flat? with item laid flat, everything fastened/zipped up, seam to seam when possible.

@magarac Hi, the measurements in the description are of the item laying flat and it is an elastic waistband no zippers. I will get the rise measure to you ASAP but the inseam and waist are listed above.
