Brand new with tags and purchased at Target! Infant size 0-6 months for boys or girls up to 25.5 inches tall and up to 16 pounds. Zipper closure begins at left hip and zips up left side with Velcro at the top but does not overhang and should not scratch your little one. Cute and cozy Halloween costume, especially for those cool (or in our case in Minnesota—cold) October days and nights.
