EACH DIAL HAS A HIGH/LOW BUTTON THEN YOU TURN THE DIALS FOR INTENSITY.
DOES EACH HIGH AND EACH LOW ALONG WITH THE DIAL INTENSITY FUNCTION? DELIVER STIM TO EACH PAD.

@mad060370 just put a new video. Hope it answers your questions. Also this device only has a great cord which may not work because wires are exposed. Pads and aloe Vera are expired .

How old is this unit?
The new cables are about $60. So I have to at minimum buy new cables. Old and new on these things don't. I well with these.
Hopefully that cures the malfunction code.
I would be willing to go $300.
