White china with blue floral design "Echte Kobalt" (True Cobalt) Cup measures approx. 2 inches high and 4 inches wide at rim and holds approx. 6 fluid ounces filled to the rim Saucer measures approx. 6 inches in diameter Crafted in Germany German porcelain made in Arzberg, Bavaria by the Hutschenreuther company in business since 1814.  Based on the mark, this piece was made sometime after 1927 with Hutschenreuther acquired Tirschenreuth.
