Hutch Mixed Media Blue Floral Dress

This is the perfect dress for all seasons, light and breezy for summer, then when the weather starts turning pair it with a cardigan and tights. The top is navy blue jersey knit (so there is stretch) the bottom is two tiers of faux linen and is lined. It closes with a hidden back zipper.
