Brand new - had tags on it a few weeks ago but I naively took them off thinking this would fit my dog. My guy wears a 12” across the board and this is way too small for him. While it is TECHNICALLY a size 12”/30cm it fits like a 10”/25cm in Hurtta sizing. No rips, tears or stains, never worn outside!

So what’s the measurements on the girth and length from collar to base of tail?
