tie & Velcro closure but also closed with lining NO adjustable waist net inside see pics Velcro side pocket backside area shows most wear -faint staining, wear & tear from swimming & sitting on hard surfaces, but no holes that I saw wear hard to show with camera but see multiple pics G7
