Protection for both rain and slush. 1 1/2" heel height (size 9), 16" boot shaft height (size 9), 15 1/2" calf circumference (size 9) Very, very gently used. In near perfect condition. Comes from a smoke-free home. I wear W 9 1/2 or 10 and these fit just fine.
