Hunter Bell Saylor Silk Puff Sleeve Blouse with Textured Polka Dots

This Saylor puff-sleeve blouse by Hunter Bell is made of 100% silk (tag says 10% silk, but I think they meant 100%) and has a 100% polyester lining. The fabric of the top feels like a raw silk with a bit of structure rather than a silky-feeling silk. The top has a square neckline, a textured (may be embroidered) polka dot pattern, and a hidden zipper in the back. It's in excellent used condition. I do see one light, tiny dot that's partially hidden by a pleat near the neckline, but since it's pin-size, light, and partially hidden, it's not visible when the blouse is worn. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure the blouse is a good fit for you. They were taken on the front with it zipped up and laid flat.
