I'm putting these up because they are closer to a 6.5 than a 6 and I'm a small 6 so they're just too loose. Also, they are beautiful and perfect and VERY tall. I'm 5'3" and will say that they come up to the very back of my knee in a way that's just a little too high, especially when driving, etc. If you're shorter woman but longer legged than I am, then they'll be fine. They have everything, including the original box, alternate insoles, etc. I've searched forever for this particular style - they're just totally cool.

Absolutely - I have athletic calves that don't always agree with boots and these are loose on me, even over jeans. I just measured the inside opening to be at 14.5 inches.
