Human Choker Necklace or Pet Collar

This is literally a custom-made cat collar that also doubles as a human Choker necklace. This was given to me as a gift and meant as a choker for me to wear, even though it's meant to be a cat collar. I am very short on money and need to make some, though, so I'm selling it. It's never been worn, aside from the picture I took for this app. solid black leather band with no scratches or imperfections. It's essentially brand new and unworn.
