Size is 16 1/2 inch or 42 cm at the neck Modern Fit The size corresponds to about a Large (on the snugger end) . I’m 5’11, and I bought this shirt when I was around 185lbs. Selling because I bulked up around the chest and it doesn’t provide the fit I like anymore. Only wore it a handful of times, sadly for me. Buttons intact, no noticeable defects or discoloration.
