@xcli33tw does have a password I will be resetting everything and erasing all personal info other then that the labtop works great the only thing is when you turn it on you have to hold the button down sometimes twice or three times besides that everything is fine I was the only owner I bought it brand new from Best Buy I did purchase warranty although I’m not sure if it’s past the time or not no idea where I even put the receipt to be honest

And I only used it for less than 6 months although I’ve had it for two years now I barely use it at all I initially bought it just to search the internet and if I needed to fill out apps but I never really used it
