NICE! love it! .... also not the sellers fault if the PO doesn't scan you package in at the destination of drop off. My packages often leave my local post office without ever being scanned until they reach another facility. Which makes me look like I'm not being truthful about when I mail. So frustrating !

I ship same day or next day always wrap it up in pretty paper throwing free gifts depending on the price and I get a three because it didn't fit them. I almost am to the point I don't even care about ratings anymore

@ginap7777 Someone actually gave me a 3 star rating because they didn't like my thank you note!!!!! It was a brand new retail item given at well below retail and shipped next day with free gifts. So upsetting. I would have rather kept the item. So unfair. 😞

@triciatx I know it's so frustrating!!! I have been selling for 3 years and it has always been a battle, that's why I did this listing. I sell top quality items and most of my customers are happy but sometimes you get some looney ones and ones that just don't get the rating system! 😳🙄

@ginap7777 I wrote support, but of course nothing happened. Worst of all is that I basically gave the item away. It makes me not want to include a note or anything but the item. I had another customer give me a low rating once because she didn't like the tissue paper I used. Utterly ridiculous. I have mostly 5 star ratings tons of love notes. I just wish buyers were better educated on the importance of accepting packages promptly and how to rate fairly. I love this. 💋

Agreed. In addition I buy and sell. We all understand that customers want nice quality items that look good 💋. We all do!😘 I provide the best possible experience for a buyer in quality, appreance presentation, & packaging. I try to give 110% to make a happy customer. Most poshers are supportive & show ❤! Bad rating are dreaded but needed at times. Happy buyers, good ratings and more purchases. Customers are going to rating are not in a 📦 its according to the overall experience.

@mochabarbee81 yes I agree and while I appreciate that you changed your rating from 3 to 5 Stars, the buyers can read what you wrote which is still a negative comment which clearly is not my fault especially since my listing was thorough and clearly showed the flaw and described it as well.
