this pretty skirt is a knit fabric with a silver Lorax thread, giving it some sparkle. It is a wrap styling with an asymmetric ruffle down the front and around the hem. The waistband will stretch easily to 21 inches. There’s plenty of stretch to the garment. New with tags.
